All our staff have relevant childcare qualification, safeguarding, foodsafety, and first aid training. 
The club manager and deputy have level three childcare qualification. 
We aim to continually exceed the recommended children to staff ratio.
Our staff are regularly monitored to ensure they carry out their role and responsibility effectively and we offer opportunities for further training to ensure team development.
